Withdraw from your purchase

You can withdraw from your purchase by sending a clear statement by email to klantenservice@islacalma.nl. You do not need to give a reason or log in. State your name and order number or another recognisable description of your purchase. If you withdraw from only part of the order, specify the items. Do not send payment details or identity documents.

You can copy the model below into your email or send another clear statement. You can also use the online form below. Your withdrawal is submitted only after you confirm it in the second step. No refund is issued automatically.
