When will I receive an item?

Each product shows its delivery time: 5–10 working days from Spain for available items, or an expected delivery month for items for reservation. Read the shipping information and rates.

Can I place an order or make a reservation yet?

Checkout is still closed. You can view products in your basket, but you cannot place an order or make a reservation yet. No payment is taken and nothing is reserved.

What do the lifestyle images show?

The first product photo is the original product photo. Additional AI-generated lifestyle images are for inspiration; colours, details and proportions may differ. Other products shown are not included.

What will I receive when an item comes in assorted designs?

If the description states that you will receive one randomly selected item, you will receive one design from the assortment. An image showing several items does not automatically mean you will receive a set. The product description determines what is included.
